Please Note: The above fees do not include the cost of defending a motion brought on behalf of the Crown, or a motion to have trial dates changed due to client requests. Fees will be charged at an hourly rate. All fees are based on our standard practices which include; review of driver summary, crown disclosure, trial preparation, up to and including meeting with clients at our office. Should it be necessary to meet with clients at their facility, mileage charges and hourly rate will apply. For those matters outside of our normal area of practice, (Windsor to Greater Toronto Area), additional mileage and accommodation charges will apply.

In addition, please note that due to an increase in costs, Burness Paralegal Services has now adjusted our Price List and has introduced Mileage Fees (please refer to the top of this page for the related links). Our Mileage Fee will apply for each trip to the court.
